Admission Procedure

1. Registration

Registration forms can be obtained from school office or the school’s website.

NOTE:

CLASS I to VI

• Registration form - Free
• Admission form - Rs. 300/- (after registration & personal interaction)

CLASS VII & above

• Registration form - Rs. 300/-
• Admission form - Free of cost (after registration & entrance test)

2. Personal Interaction (Class I to VI) or Entrance Exam (Class VII onwards)

After filling the registration form the student has to go through a personal interactive session (Class I to VI) or an entrance exam (Class VII to IX & XI).

3. Declaration of the Result

The result will be displayed on the school’s notice board and website. The selected candidates will then have to complete the admission formalities within the given time period.

4. Submission of Admission Form

The following documents are to be submitted with the admission form:

• Three passport sized photographs of the student
• One postcard sized family photograph
• Birth Certificate (for Class I)
• Transfer Certificate from Class II onwards (countersigned in case of change of board).
• Self-attested mark sheet of previous class (original should be carried for verification)
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhar Card
• Character Certificate (Class IX onwards)

5. Submission of fees

After the verification of documents and form, the child will be permitted to submit the fees and after the submission of fee, the student will be allowed to attend the class.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ADMISSION FORM:

• The admission form should be neatly filled with all the details carefully written.
• CUTTING/OVER-WRITING/USE OF WHITENER IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE ADMISSION FORM.
• In case of any mistake, a duplicate form will be issued against an amount of Rs. 50/-

KINDLY NOTE

• Filling up the registration form does not guarantee admission.
• The registration form is non-transferable.
• Any pressure or recommendation that is brought to bear on the school authorities disqualifies the registration.
• The school does not accept any donation for admission.
• The decisions pertaining to the admission process are totally under the review of the admissions committee/management. Its decision shall remain final and binding and it is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular child.
• Once the admission process is complete, no refund of any fees will be done.
• Date of Birth once registered cannot be changed/altered.
